Machine learning is becoming an increasingly important component of many companies’ strategies as it allows them to better optimize, anticipate and predict various aspects of their business. Deep learning is a subfield of machine learning (championed by the likes of Google, Microsoft, and Facebook) that has achieved state-of-the-art results in practically every data-driven task in which it has been applied. In this session, you’ll hear about how Red Hat is using cutting edge, open source deep learning tools (such as Theano and TensorFlow) to accomplish a number of different goals, including: predicting customer churn, identifying engaged customers and discovering similar content on the Customer Portal.
