Anne Neale is the Project Lead for EnviroAtlas, a web-based interactive tool that integrates over 300 mapped data layers and helps users understand the implications of planning and policy decisions on our fragile ecosystems and the communities who depend on critical goods and services from these ecosystems. EnviroAtlas is a multi-organization effort led by EPA’s ORD and is designed for people from all levels of government, professionals, researchers, educators, non-governmental organizations, and anyone interested in considering the benefits or impacts of a decision. Anne has a background in landscape ecology and ecosystem services and has been with EPA since 1991. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies from Utah State University in 1986 and has also received extensive statistics and Geographic Information Systems training.
