Mr. Kalmbach co-founded Entigral in 2003, where he has directed architecture, software development, and product marketing. Entigral is a software vendor of asset and inventory tracking solutions using advanced IoT sensors like RFID and beacons. TraxWare, Entigral’s Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) software platform, is installed at major customers in manufacturing and related sectors. Mr. Kalmbach is a successful serial software entrepreneur who has founded, managed, funded, and exited several software ventures including Virtus Corporation (3D modeling), Q+E Software Inc. (database access), ProMedex Inc. (web-based health assessment), and Coactive Systems Corporation (cloud-based contact center and CRM). Mr. Kalmbach holds a seminal U.S. patent in data communications from work as an IBM Scientist. He received a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Cum Laude, and an M.B.A. from Duke University Fuqua School of Business, where he was a Fuqua Honors Scholar.
